As you know this website is designed for international and domestic world-class businessman to provide them international standard service by our registered IVSPs.

How to use website as Client?

The First Step - Registration:

Please follow below steps to Register as Client.

1. Visit Website Homepage 
2. Press “Register” button on the menu on top
3. Then click  “Register As Client”.
4. Now you are one minute away from your registration. Just fill up Client Registration Form in prescribed format.
5. Once Registration is completed you are Registered Client on our website

 

The Second Step - Post Plan/Job:

Please follow below steps to post your Plan or Job.

1. Visit Website Homepage 
2. Enter your Client Login and Password
3. Press “Post Plan/Job” button.
4. Using this page you can post your Plan/Job with details of your visit. Should you have any queries please press Contact Us button and send us your inquiry?
5. Here are two ways of posting your Tour/Visit Plan 

Procedure 1

• Click on “Send Message To Selected IVSP”.
• Here you can select IVSP to whom you want to send your Tour/Visit plan. Select IVSP here and add.
• You can send your tour plan to multiple IVSPs by selecting and adding more IVSPs.
• Then fill up your Tour details in form and submit it.
• If you follow this procedure your information about you Tour Plan will be sent to selected IVSPs and they can see your Tour Plan and start communicating with you about your Tour Plan

Procedure 2

• This is alternate procedure where you can enter your Tour Plan details and submit without selecting any IVSPs
• In this case information about Tour Plan to any IVSP but IVSP can still see your Tour Plan and can start communicating with you.
• Should you have any queries please send your inquiries using Contact Us form.

 

What next after Posting Plan/Job? 

1. Once you have posted the Plan / Jobs IVSP who can provide service where you want to visit can view your posted Plan details
2. Interested IVSPs can start communicating you through Message Board. 
3. You can also reply to messages posted by IVSPs. 
4. You will see the Plan/Job you have posted under My Jobs section in your Client Account login and you can see messages by clicking on Message Board under My Jobs.
5. If you are paid member then you can get contact and mailing detail of particular IVSPs to send direct message to them. Click here to see details of paid membership. 
6. Once IVSP has posted a Bid/Quote for your Plan Job and after communication you are comfortable with the quote then you can approve the Bid by going to My Jobs Section and deal will be finalized. 
7. IVSP can pick up you from your hotel as well or air port as per discussion held with IVSP.
8. You will need to pay everyday advance money to IVSP during your service days.

How to see Communication /Messages from IVSPs? 

1. Click Sign in button on the website Homepage.
2. Login to your Client Account using your login id and password 
3. Click on My Jobs to see your Posted Jobs with Message Board 
4. If any IVSP has sent you any message then you can see tag “new” and by clicking on “View” button you can see messages send by that particular IVSP and also reply to IVSP from the same page. 
5. If any of IVSP have quoted bid then you can see the bid by clicking number of bids under Bid Column.

 How to use to use website as a IVSP?

The First Step - Registration:

 Please follow below steps to Register as Client.

1. Visit Website Homepage 
2. Press “Register” button on the menu on top
3. Click on “Register As IVSP” button.
4. Now you are just two-step away to be IVSP.
5. Please fill up page one of registration form and click “continue”.
6. Fill second page and press “submit”.
7. Once submitted your registration will be review by IVSP Recruitment Team and if approved you will received your IVSP Account Login and Password soon

 

The Second Step -Search Jobs/Clients:

1. Visit Website Homepage.
2. Log in to your IVSP account.
3. Click on “Browse Plan/Jobs”.
4. You will Plans and Jobs from clients country/state/province/city wise coming to your place.
5. You can click “More detail” button of any particular job to know more about that Tour plan of particular client.
6. Below Job detail page you can click “Post message” button and start communicating with client through Message board and discuss details of service required.
7. Once you post a message on any of the Jobs it will be added to your account and you will be able to View this Plan/Jobs in your account under View Jobs Section.
8. You can place bid  on the Plan/Jobs by clicking “Place Bid” button.

 

Communicate with Client/Place Bid

1. Once you post a message on any of the Jobs it will be added to your account and you will be able to View this Plan/Jobs in your account under View Jobs Section
2. You can place bid on the Plan/Jobs by clicking “Place Bid” button.
3. By clicking on “view” against a Job IVSP can view entire message board/conversation that he had with the client regarding the Plan/Jobs.
4. If a Job is assigned to some other IVSP or it start date arrived it moves to Close Jobs.

Getting a Job

1. Once you have discussed and placed the bid for a Job client will review all the bids that he has reviewed from all the IVSPs
2. If client id comfortable with you and your bid then he will approve you for this Jobs and deal will be finalized.
3. The Jobs for which you have been approved will Move to My Jobs Section
4. Then you can start with your service for Client.
